NEW TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT

We are excited to announce that Jim Baugher will be the coach of our new Thunder Elite 10u team for the 2024-25 season. This team will hold a tryout Monday July 10th and again on the 17th, 6pm at Champion Athletic Fields in Champion, Ohio. Contact Jim at 330-974-8370 for more details.

COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT

We are excited to announce that Jarrod Sheffield will be the new coach of Thunder Elite 14U Premier-Sheffield team for the 2024-25 season. Jarrod is currently an Asst coach on the Thunder Elite 12u team that has had much success this summer winning over 35 games so far. This team will primarily be made up of 2011 birth year players.

This team will play a regional showcase schedule with a heavy focus on college recruiting. 2023 - Exciting News !!!

NEW TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT

We are happy to announce that Ray Interthal is the head coach of the Thunder Elite 18U Premier-Interthal. Ray comes to us from the OC Batbusters where he has coach a team for the past 5 seasons. His teams had much success in the 14-18U age groups playing in National events like PGF Nationals, Atlanta Legacy, Team New Jersey and Scenic City. Ray has coached and guided players through the recruiting process that will go on to play at D1, D2 and NAIA softball programs. We look forward to this team competing in high-level showcase tournaments representing Thunder Elite while assisting players in reaching their goals to play in college.

COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT

We are excited to announce that Ed Zak will be the new coach of Thunder Elite 16U Premier-Zak team for the 2023-24 season. Ed has coached the USSSA Pride Red team over the last few years and has great success with this group. He and his staff have established this team as one of the top 07 teams in Ohio over the last 2 years. This 16U team will play a competitive fall showcase schedule as well as a heavy showcase schedule in summer of 2024. They have a few open spots on the team. COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT

Jeff Steiner will be the head coach for Thunder Elite 16U Premier for the 2021/2022 season. This team will be made up of the best '05 and '06 players. They will be coached by non-parent coaches. Avrey Steiner MIF, Addy Jarvis P, and Megan Ward MIF, all current B1G10 Division 1 softball players at the University of Illinois will be assistant coaches on this team when they are not in season.
